An

"Photography
has been a life-long interest to me. Everything is a picture. I shoot whatever
it is I think looks interesting at the moment. The camera and computer are
much more than instruments of documentation.
In photographing nature, I prefer
the beauty of natural light, using digital enhancements only when I seek to
create artificial effects. My photographs are created in the 35mm film format and
in the digital format. My 35mm camera is a Minolta and I use the Olympus E3 for my digital images.
Pat
has received recoginition for his work in juried photography and fine art
competitions, exhibiting in museum and gallery venues. His work has been honored
with many awards, including "Best of Show". His work is also included in numerous
private collections.
"A photograph does not always have to be a mirror image of a moment. Sometimes a photograph should do nothing more than awaken a viewer's sense of wonder".
